Occupying an area of 75 acres, Fujian First Forging Products Co., Ltd is a Sino-Foreign joint venture established in 2004, consisting of one 2,400㎡ workshop for Heat Treatment & Machining, one 2,400㎡ workshop for Forging & Charging, and an office building of 1,500㎡. Our company covers the production range of track chains, bucket teeth and other forging items, and all relative after-sale service, with a preliminary investment of RMB14.3 million and a registered fund of 8 million.

We primarily supply accessories for construction machinery, namely, four rollers and one chain. Main facilities & production lines: 1. Forging production line centered on 3T Die Forging Hammer able to produce casts of 3,000T; 2. Full set of Heat Treatment Equipment for Thermal Refining and Intermediate-frequency Face Quench Hardening; 3. One Machining & Assembling production line for track link assembly with a capacity of 5000 sets; 4. One producing & assembling line for track roller; 5. Two sets of modeling equipments.

Our factory has an annual output of 3,000 track link assemblies and 30,000 track rollers and so on, valued at about RMB100 million. Gathering many professionals in managing and technical areas, we have already taken on a way of highly regulated management. We are manufacturing in accordance with the Italian ITM and Japanese Komatsu KES technical standards. Our product has mainly been exported to Europe, America, Southeast Asia and other areas in the world. We will never stop our steps to explore new markets based on nice quality and credit.
